Pidjob for Contractors: A Construction App for Small Contractors

Pidjob (ปิดจ๊อบ) is a mobile-web construction app for small contractors in Thailand: assign tasks, get photo proof from crews, inspect, and get LINE alerts.

If you are a small contractor in Thailand looking for a construction app for small contractors, Pidjob (ปิดจ๊อบ) is built for exactly that: a mobile-web tool to assign tasks to your crew, collect photo proof from site, and mark each job "passed" or "sent back for rework". Here is what it does, who uses it, and what it does not do.

What small contractors deal with every day

Most small teams run on one LINE group. Instructions, site photos and questions all land in the same chat. With more than one site, things slip:

  • Task instructions get buried under photos and stickers
  • Nobody is sure who accepted which task, or when it is due
  • Progress photos are scattered, so finding proof at billing time means scrolling
  • Money talk and site talk mix together

A group chat was never designed to track work.

What Pidjob does

Pidjob gives each task a single home.

  • Assign a task with an owner and a due date; change the date later and record the reason
  • The crew accepts the task and submits it with site photos (up to 4 per report) straight from the phone camera
  • An inspector marks it "passed" or "sent back" with notes on what to fix; the crew fixes and resubmits on the same task
  • LINE notifications go out when a task is created, submitted, passed or sent back
  • Costs per project, payment milestones, amounts received and amounts outstanding are tracked too

What the owner sees

The "My Today" page shows what needs action right now. The task board groups work by status: waiting to accept, in progress, awaiting inspection, done. You see where each job is stuck without calling everyone.

You can also review each person's record from real tasks: on-time submission rate and first-pass inspection rate.

How the foreman uses it

  1. Open "My Today" in the morning to see what is due and what is waiting for inspection
  2. Assign new tasks to the crew with a due date
  3. Inspect submissions against three checks: scope, evidence, quality
  4. Pass it, or send it back with the exact points to fix

One built-in rule helps: you cannot approve your own work, so the person who did the job and the person who signs it off are different people.

How the crew uses it

No password to remember and nothing to install. Crew members log in with LINE on a mobile browser (an internet connection is required), accept a task, take photos on site and submit.

Alerts arrive in their normal personal LINE through Pidjob's shared LINE Official Account. Your team does not need to set up an OA of its own.

Roles and what each person can see

Access follows seven roles: owner, manager, foreman, crew, inspector, accounting and client. Crew members do not see financial data.

Beyond tasks, there are petty-cash and advance requests (recipient, date needed, evidence, approval, payment recorded with a slip) and variation requests with the added or reduced amount, extra days and evidence, approved within your team. That is internal approval, not a client signature.

Plans and pricing

Prices are public, per month:

  • START ฿990
  • TEAM ฿1,990
  • BUSINESS ฿3,990

These are indicative prices, confirmed in your quotation. There is a 7-day free trial.

What Pidjob is not, and how to start

To be direct: Pidjob is not a BOQ or estimating tool, not full accounting or tax software, has no Gantt chart, and is not an installable or offline app. It focuses on assigning, tracking, inspecting and closing out work.

Start small: one project, a few crew members, one or two weeks of real tasks. To see how the full close-out cycle works, read how to close out construction jobs, or compare options in how to choose construction site management software.
